If you are interested in putting in a request to book a facility, please check the Facility Reservations calendar for date availability. Please keep in mind that we do not book non-university events for more than 6 months in advance.

Sandridge Student Center Ballroom Founder’s Hall Parlor Athens State Courtyard

Sandridge Student Center Ballroom

The Sandridge Student Center Ballroom is our most popular rental facility! It accommodates up to 250 people, or between 150-200 seated. This facility also includes tables and chairs. During Non-Business hours, the adjoining Annex is included in this space.

Founders Hall Parlor

Another popular rental facility is theFounders Hall Parlor. With beautiful antiques, comfortable couches, and walls adorned with historical figures, the Parlor is sure to add a touch of elegance and tradition to your next event. Perfect for small gatherings, showers, receptions, etc. The capacity is 100 people. A prep area and sink (behind the room) are also included with the rental of this space.

Athens State Courtyard & Beasley Field

The Courtyard offers a perfect place to gather with friends and family for numerous types of events. Currently only half of the Courtyard is available for events due to ongoing construction to the back of Founders Hall. For this reason, Beasley Field (pictured below) is now also included in this rental space.
